The After Life

Synopsis: Michalis, unable to accept the loss of his wife, keeps cooking every day for two, in an attempt to keep her memory alive. Despite the efforts of his friend Vassilis, he remains locked in his house and his cooking routine. One day, life catches up with him in the most unexpected way.
Christos Sagias
He was born in Athens in 1994. Soon he moved to Thessaloniki where he is currently living. Since 2012, he has been studying as a director at the Film Department of the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In recent years, he has been actively involved both academically and independently with short projects and music clips for local artists. “The After Life” is his first short film.
